Regional Training

Regional training workshops have been provided by START since 1999 after strong regional support for such forums. The training sessions include a “little bit” of theory whilst assisting carers and workers to develop their “bag of tools”. Our workshops and KIC (Kids in Care) START conferences provide important avenues for workers and carers to meet and share information, to gain up-to-date knowledge of research and thinking in the out-of-home care sector.
